Who Can Get Crisis Accommodation?

Emergency temporary accommodation is available if you:

  • Are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness
  • Cannot stay with family or friends
  • Cannot resolve your housing need yourself
  • Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Note: Temporary residents (most visa holders) are generally not eligible for emergency temporary accommodation.
